Experience Requirements
- Overall, 10 years of experience
- Six (6) or more years leading Risk Management
- Five (5) or more years’ IT program management experience leading audits and inspections in DoD/Federal environment
- Knowledge and Experience – with functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy. The contractor shall have expert level knowledge and experience with establishing and maintaining a process for evaluating software and associated documentation. Demonstrate expert level knowledge of determining the resources required for quality control. The contractor shall maintain the level of quality throughout the software life cycle. The contractor shall conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development lifecycle. The contractor shall provide daily supervision and direction to support their contractor staff.
Ft. Meade, MD: On-site performance is required for this task. Partial telework may be authorized for this task at the discretion of the Government. Telework must be approved in writing by the COR.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (IT-related field preferred)
