Ryan Sigmon

Sr. SATCOM Engineer

Ryan is a mission-focused Systems Engineer who excels at driving technical strategy and lifecycle execution for critical national security and space assets. Ryan also serves as a Communications Systems Warfare Officer in the United States Navy Reserve’s Information Warfare Community. With over two decades of expertise rooted in tactical communications and advanced RF systems, he bridges the gap between complex stakeholder requirements and operational field deployment. He has led high-impact projects ranging from RF ground site deliveries for DARPA and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) to modernization efforts for the U.S. Space Force’s Launch Test Range System (LTRS) as well as space vehicle developments for Lockheed Martin. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Management with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from American Public University, he is a globally certified Systems Engineering Professional through INCOSE and maintains a current TS/SCI clearance. His comprehensive technical expertise spans Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), satellite communications (SATCOM), and agile frameworks, to deliver resilient, cutting-edge communication architectures from deep ocean environments to outer space.
