Position Summary
The Program Analyst will support program operations by managing and tracking project artifacts, configurations, and logistics for both hardware and software assets. This role requires proficiency in Jira and Confluence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a dynamic, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Detailed knowledge of Jira and Confluence, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of program activities.
- Configure and maintain tracking systems within Jira to support project management and deliverable oversight.
- Oversee artifact management, ensuring all Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are properly tracked, reviewed, and delivered on schedule.
- Support hardware and software asset management, including procurement, logistics coordination, and lifecycle tracking.
- Assist in configuration management and change control processes to maintain program integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and contract requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support program reviews and audits.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in configuration or confirmation management, program analysis, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including workflow creation and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of artifact and CDRL tracking processes.
- Experience supporting hardware/software logistics and configuration tracking.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required).
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL or Scrum certification.
- Experience with SATCOM systems or related technologies.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
